The Founders
Alex Gibbs
Alex is a passionate entrepreneur and has spent his career founding and scaling successful businesses.
Alongside his business partner Jordi, he founded and scaled London’s leading co-living business, which has housed thousands of professionals to date and underwrites over a quarter of a billion’s worth of residential real estate. Alex and Jordi boot strapped the company from zero to eight figures in turnover in under eight years. The company now forms part of the BAM Capital portfolio.
Holding significant expertise in acquiring, scaling and selling profitable and distressed SMEs in the UK, Alex currently sits on advisory and executive boards of a number of successful companies. He is a recognised industry and business leadership media commentator.
Prior to commencing his entrepreneurial journey, Alex graduated from the University of Exeter and held senior commercial roles across multiple sectors including talent solutions and organisational marketing.
Jordi Herrera-Pasqualin
Alongside co-founding and scaling successful businesses, Jordi has established the development of leading operating standards for an eight-figure turnover business in one of the most competitive sectors in the UK.
Prior to co-founding his business with Alex, Jordi turned down a place to read Architecture at Cambridge University to pursue a professional rugby career, which saw him represent multiple premiership clubs including Gloucester and Newcastle, as well as his country.
Jordi is passionate about structuring exits that provide maximum value to the founders whilst ensuring the continued success of the businesses themselves. As well as his expertise and experience in acquiring and merging businesses, Jordi holds significant analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
He is an active advisor to property services businesses in the UK that are looking for their next stage in growth. Jordi holds a degree in Leadership and Business Management from Northumbria University.
